The store's surveillance footage shows that a woman wearing camouflage shorts and a white t-shirt got into a verbal disagreement with 58-year-old Davis at the gas pumps.
At around 6.30pm on Sunday the two got in a disagreement and she went to the trunk of her car and took out a rifle.
Daniels then lunged at her, first with his umbrella and then he took a swing at her.
She then lowered her rifle and shot him four or five times with the .22 caliber gun.

A witness told police that she then took out her phone and recorded a picture or video of her victim.
They also got a vital tip from one person on the scene, who took down the woman's license plate number as she sped off and they have since been able to track her down and take her in for questioning.
Investigators are calling for a witness seen in the surveillance footage to come forward because both he may have been injured and they believe he may know more about what led the altercation towards it's fatal tipping point.
Unanswered questions: The victim's brother Darryl Daniels said that his brother was 'harmless' and he was likely at the gas station to buy cigarettes before heading on a bus

'We are looking for a younger black male. It appears he may have been hit also. We want to make sure he's OK,' Houston police officer Tom Ferguson told the local ABC affiliate.
Daniels' brother said that he had no idea why could have prompted the fight, as Daniels was thought to be going to the gas station to buy a pack of cigarettes before getting on a bus.
'It was uncalled for my brother is harmless. He is harmless and he wouldn't have hurt nobody,' Darryl Daniels said according to KHOU.
'She just didn’t know him, you know. Because if she’d have known my brother, she’d have known that Poochie wouldn’t have hurt nobody.'
