Every now and then politicians' debates can get a little heated and spill over into minor scuffles on TV.
But sometimes those who are supposed to hold them to account can get a little passionate too, as this video shows.
Two Jordanian journalists came to blows during a live TV discussion about Syria and came to blows live on air.

Appearing on Between Opposing Opinions on Jordan's 7 Stars TV network, Shaker al Johari and Mohammed al Jayousi jumped out of their seats as the conversation turned nasty, shoving the desk towards one another.
Al Jayousi said that Johari supported the Syrian revolution while the counter argument was that Al Jayousi was being paid to support Assad's regime.
Al Jayousi accused Johari of being a "deviant" and told him to "shut up" after the bribe allegation before the latter stood up and the shoving began.
Presenter Zuhair al Azza appeared unable to control the pair as al Johari lifted the table top up and started kicking out at al Jayousi.
Eventually the scrap was stopped when production staff intervened and pulled the men apart.
