The wedding ceremony was held at the Etsako West Local Government Council Marriage Registry, Auchi, while the reception took place at the Oshiomhole’s country home in Iyamho.
It can be recalled that Oshiomhole’s lost his first wife Clara in December 2010 after a long fight with cancer. She was 54 years old.

The girl made the confession after the police arrested 19-year-old Muftau, for unlawfully having a carnal knowledge of her.
The suspect was also accused of conniving with one other person at large, around 7pm on May 2, to detain the girl at his residence on Adejinyan Street, where he reportedly had another round of sex with her.

Tressa Middleton, 21, from Broxburn, Scotland, has written a book, The 12-Year-Old Girl: My True Story, dedicated to her daughter Annie who she was forced to give up for adoption. Tressa became pregnant after being raped by her brother. But her ordeal wasn't over as after giving birth to Annie (pictured right, with Tressa and her mother) the schoolgirl became addicted to drink and drugs and had to give the baby away.
A young man was alleged to have raped and beheaded a young lady for rituals but was caught by the villagers, this is wickedness of the highest order, may her soul rest in peace.

According to eyewitnesses, the fire started from the section of the complex occupied by the Federal Ministry of Education and fire fighters are battling to save the inferno from spreading to adjourning buildings.
It reportedly began at the sixth floor of the building and is believed to have affected the seventh and eight floors.

According to The Nigerian Police, these four men are part of the gang of 15 armed robbers with some wearing military uniforms to rob a bank in Lekki on the 12th of march, 2015 in what turned out to be a deadly atatck. You will recall that 5 people were killed during the robbery- 3 policemen and two civilians, including a 15-year old girl who had hoped to be a university graduate one day.
They were paraded today by Lagos State Police Commissioner. Their names were given as Duke Odogbo, 38, Lawrence Kingsley, 31, Ebi Tosan, 20, and Ekelemo Kuete, 30.

Video footage shows the female officer looking agitated as she and her fellow officers slowly move towards the rioters, who stand pressed against a brick wall in the capital Bujumbura. Moments later a brief scuffle between one of her colleagues and a rioter leads to her shooting at the man from no more than ten feet. Just seconds after the shots were fired, the policewoman was punched, kicked and dragged along the streets of Bujumbura by a furious mob who managed to separate her from her colleagues.
Burundi has been engulfed in series of fierce protests and fighting since the country's president, Pierre Nkurunziza declared his interest to run for a 3rd term in office, a stand the citizens are strongly against.

Gospel Preacher Steals Car While Preaching About Repentance During Early Morning Round-Up In The Neighbourhood
The preacher reportedly carried a Bible and bell while preaching to the residents of Idimu-Ejigbo road in Idimu and asking them to repent of their bad ways.
President Obasanjo, Buhari, Gowon, Shagari, IBB Others Attend Goodluck Jonathan's last Council of State Meeting in Abuja
President Jonathan is about now presiding over the last Council of State meeting in his administration at the presidential villa Abuja. Past Nigerian leaders in attendance at the meeting includes president elect Gen Muhammadu Buhari, Gen. Yakubu Gowon, Alhaji Shehu Shagari, Gen Ibrahim Babangida, Gen Abdulsalami Abubakar and Chief Ernest Shonekan.
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo who is also present at the meeting came 40 minutes late. He got their 12.10pm when the meeting started 11.30.
A Nigerian man, Dr. Benjamin Ola. Akande, has been named the president of Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri to replace the current president, Dr. George B. Forsythe who has been president since 2008.
The announcement was made in a press release by chairman of the Westminster Board of Trustees, Wallace L. Head:
“We’re proud to introduce Dr. Akande as president of Westminster College.”
“We’ve achieved our year-long goal of finding the most qualified person to lead Westminster
and to continue executing our strategic plan."
Dr. Akande, was the Dean of the University's Business and Technology School, is the 21st president of Westminster College in Fulton and the first African-American president in the college’s 164 year history.
A nonagenarian, Madam Roseline Ololo, aged 91, has given the Lagos State governor, Babatunde Raji Fashola, a seven-day ultimatum to ensure the return of Metropolitan College and Isolo Secondary School to her, failure of which she will permanently occupy the governor’s office.
Madam Ololo, in a statement on Monday by her lawyer, Malcolm Omirhobo, threatened to permanently occupy the governor’s office until her demands are met.
Madam Ololo and her late husband, Chief Michael Ololo, had through their company, Akaix West Africa Limited, established Metropolitan College in 1955 with the first batch of 19 students in Surulere area of Lagos.
For expansion purposes and to move away from the thickly populated residential area of Surulere, the owners acquired the present site at Ire-Akari, Isolo in 1966 and eventually moved there in 1974.
In 1976, via the Education (Private Secondary Institutions Special Provisions) Law, the Military Government of Lagos State took over 48 private secondary schools from their owners, including Metropolitan College. In the process, Isolo Secondary School was carved out of Metropolitan College on the same expanse of land hosting the college.
