According to Sfiso Ncwane, the gospel singer, he had a heart attack and was waiting to die before the pastor was called upon. He raced to his house, prayed for him, and the attack left.

These are the faces of the six members of a suspected money laundering syndicate that were arrested yesterday at the Excel Oriental Hotel, along Airport Road in Lagos by officials of the NDLEA for swallowing US$156,000 which is about N32 million.
The syndicate specializes in swallowing dollars in a bid to by-pass anti-money laundering operatives at the airport. The men identified as Kingsley Nwokenta, a bureau de change operator also known as Buchito; Augustine Onwuasoanya, 54, and Christian Okoli, 35, both based in Brazil; Uzoma Ezenwa, 33, a hotel manager; Ikenna Ezenwa; and Emmanuel Nwokenta. According to reports, counsel to the Federal government, MS Hassan, asked the court to compel Saraki to appear before the court and also requested that he be arrested and brought to court.
Hijab-wearing Woman Steals Three Children - Confessed That One Alhaja, Who Sells Herbs Sent Her To Abduct Children
A supposedly mad woman, wearing a hijab, has been arrested by the police in Lagos for stealing three kids from a community at Itire area of the metropolis. The kids, between one and four years, were abducted as they were returning from an Arabic school in the community.
The suspect, Naimilatu Raheem, was said to have first attempted to kidnap a set of twins, not far from the Arabic school when their grandmother sighted her. The people around challenged her and rescued the twins.
She immediately disappeared from the scene.
Raheem, however, did not go far. She accosted Mrs Damilola Alimi on the road, who was returning from the Arabic school with her one-yearold baby, Fathia.
She snatched the girl from her mother.
A Federal High Court in Abuja refused his prayer for an ex-parte order restraining the CCT, the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) and the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) from proceeding with his planned arraignment on a 13-count charge brought against him by the Office of the AGF.

The husband, a business man based in Cotonou reportedly died in a in unclear circumstance a week before Chinwe’s death. It is no longer news that Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson, is presently pregnant with her third child.
This came months after she welcomed her second child from her marriage that was consummated on August 27, 2011, in Lagos.

How they met:
We met through a mutual friend who was my course mate. We got talking and I realized he was a young Evangelist and we shared similar childhood experiences, which resulted in us calling ourselves “TWEENY” on a friendly note. Initially there was no interest but I was intrigued by his passion for preaching the gospel even as a Lawyer.
Two persons were arrested on Sunday night by the officers of the Nigerian Legion, Ado Odo/Ota local government area of Ogun state for attempting to exhume a corpse.
The two culprits Oke Akindele, an herbalist, who lives at 1, Palace road, Agido, Igbogila and Timothy Oniyide, 19, a welder, residing at 3, Olorunsogo street, Igan-Alade in Yewa North local government area of Ogun state.
The third person, Monday Kugbi, who lives at Kafe town in Igan – Alade fled upon seeing the officer last night, while his pregnant wife, Mary Kugbi, 20, was picked up by the Legion.

Those already said to have been screened as nominees for President Muhammadu Buhari’s cabinet also include a former Governor of Osun State, Olagunsoye Oyinlola; and a Lagos-lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN).
Also on the list are a former Chief of Army, Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazu (retd.); an ex-chief executive of the Federal Inland Revenue, Mrs. Ifueko Omoigui-Okaru; a former finance commissioner in Lagos State, Mr. Wale Edun; and a former National Legal Adviser to the defunct Congress for Progressive Change, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
