Congratulations are in order for Empire music producer Ne-Yo and new wife Crystal Renay.
The couple, who got married in a lavish wedding this past February, have welcomed their first child together, a boy!
Their little bundle, named Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. after his dear ol' dad, was born on March 15, just a few weeks after his February due date.
Crystal alluded fans to the baby's impending birth earlier today with an Instagram post and then with a Snapchat video at the hospital hours later.
This is Crystal’s first child with her new hubby, who already shares a daughter and son with his ex fiancée, Atlanta Exes star Monyetta Shaw.
Both mom and dad were beyond ecstatic over the arrival of their child, and the moment was captured on social media, and quickly reposted on The Shade Room.

The All About the Business star officially announced the pregnancy back in August 2015 when she posted a picture of herself and the “Closer” singer in bed looking at the sonogram photo.
Though the pair remained relatively quiet about the due date of their baby, the model alluded to hitting the 9-month mark not too long after her dress-fitting in February.
While the couple did face a bit of backlash at the start of their pregnancy, it seems everyone is completely happy at the arrival of the little prince.
